First floor: mezzanine

- Garage. Table tennis.
- Terrace with garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, parasols and deckchairs.
- Mountain terrain with lawn.

Electric heating. Inertia radiators. In winter, the Holiday cottage is heated on arrival. Charges not included above 8 kw free per day. Meter reading on arrival and departure.
Car equipment required in case of snow.
Zone covered by 4G (see map of zones on photo attached to album).

For babies: High chair, bouncer, baby bed with sheets, changing mat, bathtub, stair safety gate.

For any contract made from the 23 09 2024 it will be charged 3 € per animal and per night.

EDF rates: 8 Kw free per day First garbage can offered then 6€ per 50-liter bin).
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility (staircase to access accommodation).
For all contracts made after 23 09 2024, a charge of €3 per night and per pet will be applied.
