For lovers of cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, the Bas-Rupts / Hautes Vannes Nordic site on the heights of Gérardmer (10 minutes away) will delight Nordic activity enthusiasts. What's more, its proximity to the village of Haut du Tôt, the highest in the Vosges, adds a unique dimension to the mountain experience. The many hiking trails accessible from the gîte offer opportunities to explore the surrounding nature, allowing visitors to discover the beauty of the Vosges mountains at their own pace and in all 4 seasons. Just a short drive away is the town of Gérardmer - the Pearl of the Vosges. Renowned for its charm, magnificent lake and major events, it offers a variety of additional activities and entertainment. The outdoor terrace and well-kept garden are perfect places to relax and enjoy the great outdoors, whether on sunny days or starry evenings.
