Located in the Hameau de l'Étang, a property of five individual chalets in Le Syndicat, this warm and welcoming accommodation invites you to enjoy a stay of calm, rejuvenation and conviviality. Surrounded by greenery and unspoilt landscapes, it's the ideal base from which to disconnect from everyday life and rediscover the pleasures of the great outdoors. Nature lovers will appreciate the close proximity of the many Hiking trails that criss-cross the valleys and forests of the Hautes-Vosges. On foot or by bike, you can discover the natural riches of the Vosges massif, renowned for its forests, mountains, lakes and remarkable panoramas. The more adventurous can also try their hand at paragliding, admiring the Vosges landscape from the air. The Hautes-Vosges offers a vast playground for outdoor activities all year round. Thanks to its privileged location between valleys and mountains, the Chalet Edelweiss is also within easy reach of the area's must-see sites, including Gérardmer and its famous Vallée des Lacs, the emblematic destination of the Hautes-Vosges, appreciated for its outdoor activities, natural landscapes and numerous leisure possibilities. Because vacations are also spent in the company of your faithful companions, pets are welcome at Chalet Edelweiss. Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, take advantage of this unspoilt natural setting to share authentic moments and discover the charms of the Vosges at your own pace.

This detached Chalet comprises: Ground floor: A living area comprising: 15 m² lounge area. 17 m² kitchen area opening onto the lounge and dining area, equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 3-burner gas hob and 1 electric hob, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. 7 m² bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm, pillows, blanket and comforter.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC. First floor: 12 m² bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm and 2 beds 90x190 cm, pillows, blanket and comforter. 9 m² mezzanine with TV lounge and access to balcony. Outside: Private wooden terrace with garden furniture and parasol, balcony and secure 6-hectare grounds. Facilities and services: Wood heating and electric radiators. Access to Hameau de l'Étang shared facilities: outdoor infinity pool open from June 15 to September 8, fishing pond with carp and roach, picnic area with brazier, volleyball and badminton court, swing and pétanque court. Bakery-grocery 250 m from the Chalet.

A fixed charge for utilities is included with your reservation:
Electricity included up to 15Kwh/day (meter reading), Water, Firewood equivalent to one bundle included (Only from Nov. 1 to March 31) and household waste tax.
Extra charge at end of stay:
If electricity charge exceeds 0.22€ per Kw/h (meter reading), Wood (additional fagot 9€).
Electric vehicle recharging is not yet possible (fast-charging station nearby - Saint-Etienne-Les-Remiremont / Saint Amé / Gérardmer / Le Tholy).
