Fully restored farmhouse offering 5 comfortable apartments at the foot of the Poli ski resort. Access is via the outside staircase to the 2nd floor. You'll find 2 bedrooms and an adjoining sleeping area (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Kitchen opening onto living room. 2 bathrooms. WC. Electric heating. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Ski room. Balcony-terrace. Shared grounds. Charges included. Provide snow equipment in winter.
Housekeeping included.
IN WINTER: we strongly advise you to bring your own car (at least snow tires). Parking is available 30 m from the gîte (ski slope access is restricted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so bring suitable footwear).

Tout est parfait ! Spacieux, propre, terrasse, chaises longues, barbecue à disposition, 2 SDB, idéal avec enfants et adolescents, chien admis, à 2 min de la boulangerie, à 5 min du lac, de Gérardmer et de ses commerces...
