Chalet Crocus offers you an unforgettable stay. With its private terrace area, you'll find a warm, welcoming and soothing place for family and friends alike. In a privileged environment, Le hameau de l'Etang is a property made up of 5 individual Chalets, each offering their guests a private terrace/balcony area. The setting will appeal to fishing enthusiasts, families and Kids alike. The shared Piscine will delight everyone in summer. Free activities on site: A leisure area with volleyball/badminton court, pétanque/molky court, swing, ping pong table and basketball hoop. A large pond for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts, and a shared outdoor swimming pool in summer (June 15 to September 08). And there's plenty to do nearby, including Hiking, Skiing, paragliding, a Kids leisure park, hiking, horse riding, electric motorcycle outings and much more. Something for everyone!

Individual Chalet CROCUS:
First floor :
- Kitchenette opening onto living room (convertible). Shower room. Separate WC. Covered terrace.
Second floor:
- One bedroom with one 140/190 bed and one 90/190 bed.
- A bedroom with a 140/190 bed
- A sleeping area with a 140/190 bed (attic and no opening to the outside).
Large, secure 6-hectare plot with gate.
Wood heating (1 bundle of wood provided)/ Electric heating.
Utilities included (20 Kw/day included, extra charge if electricity is exceeded).
Access: Outdoor summer Piscine, overflowing, unheated, open from June 15 to September 08.
Fishing pond, picnic area / brazier.
Volleyball/badminton court, swing and petanque area to share with other Hameau de l'étang guests.

A bakery/grocery store is 250m from the Chalet.

A package of utilities is included with your reservation:
Electricity included up to 20Kwh/day (meter reading on arrival/departure), Water, Wood heating package equivalent to one bundle included (Only from Nov. 1 to March 31) and household waste tax.
Additional charge at end of stay:
If electricity charge exceeds 0.22€ per Kw/h (meter reading), Wood (additional fagot 9€).
Electric vehicle recharging is not yet possible (fast-charging station nearby - Saint-Etienne-Les-Remiremont / Saint Amé / Gérardmer / Le Tholy).
