Take a break from nature at Chalet Crocus, located in the heart of the Hameau de l'Étang au Syndicat in the Hautes-Vosges. Designed to welcome families and groups of friends, this cosy chalet features a convivial atmosphere and a pleasant private terrace area, ideal for sharing meals al fresco or simply enjoying the calm of the surroundings. The chalet is part of a property comprising five individual chalets, each with its own outdoor space. Nestled in verdant surroundings, the estate boasts a large pond that will delight fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. In fine weather, the shared outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to early September) becomes the perfect place to cool off and relax, while young and old alike can enjoy a wide range of free activities on site, including a volleyball and badminton court, pétanque, mölkky, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, swing and leisure areas. The family-friendly atmosphere and tranquil setting make it an ideal destination for relaxing in the fresh air, and an excellent starting point for discovering the riches of the Hautes-Vosges. Holidaymakers can explore the hiking trails of the Moselotte and Cleurie valleys, admire the mid-mountain landscapes or easily reach the must-see sites of Gérardmer, La Bresse and their famous lakes, ski resorts and outdoor activities. Summer and winter alike, the region offers a multitude of experiences: Hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, Ski, family outings, outdoor activities and discovering the Vosges heritage.

This detached Chalet comprises: On the first floor, a living area comprising: Open-plan kitchen with 200 L refrigerator, 3-burner ceramic hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining area.
A sitting area with television, wood-burning stove and sofa bed (140x190 cm). A shower room with shower and washbasin. A separate WC. A private covered terrace with garden furniture. First floor A bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm and 1 bed 90x190 cm.
A bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 cm. A sleeping area attic with 1 bed 140x190 cm (not opening onto the outside). Outside and facilities Large grounds of 6 hectares secured by a gate. Access to an unheated outdoor infinity pool, open from June 15 to September 8.
Fishing pond, picnic area and brazier. Leisure area with volleyball/badminton court, swing and petanque court, to be shared with other Hameau de l'Étang guests. Heating by wood-burning stove and electric radiators. A bundle of wood is provided on arrival. Flat-rate charges included with 20 kWh/day included, supplement applied if electricity consumption is exceeded. Bakery and grocery store located 250 m from the chalet. Pets allowed at extra charge. Electricity included up to 20Kwh/day (meter reading on arrival/departure), Water, Wood heating package equivalent to one bundle included (Only from Nov. 1 to March 31) and household waste tax.
Additional charge at end of stay:
If electricity charge exceeds 0.22€ per Kw/h (meter reading), Wood (additional fagot 9€).
Electric vehicle recharging is not yet possible (fast-charging station nearby - Saint-Etienne-Les-Remiremont / Saint Amé / Gérardmer / Le Tholy).
