Outdoors, nature and adventure From the Chalet, walks begin at the front door. A few steps will take you to the shores of Lake Gérardmer for a swim, a pedal-boat ride or a paddle. The Saut des Cuves and Cascade de Mérelle trails offer superb panoramic views over the valley. In winter, winter sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the Gérardmer ski area, just a few minutes away, or La Bresse-Hohneck, just 20 minutes away. Hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing: here, nature can be explored all year round. First floor with checkroom and large storage room for your sporting equipment (bikes, skis, sledges, etc.). Direct access to the spacious courtyard and parking spaces.

1st floor: Bright living room with relaxation area (sofa, TV, board games), dining area with table and 6 chairs opening onto the terrace, fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, blender.
Direct access to balcony/terrace / Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 × 190 cm) / Shower room: Shower cubicle, WC, hairdryer, washing machine.

2nd floor: Mezzanine Sleeping area 1: 2 single beds (90 × 190 cm) / Sleeping area 2: 1 double bed (140 × 190 cm).

Outside and parking: Private courtyard: ample parking space for several vehicles. Balcony-terrace: equipped with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. Unenclosed garden available.

Accessibility and regulations: Access to apartment via staircase (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed unless otherwise agreed.

Rates: Charges are extra: meter reading on entry and exit, with 8 kWh per day offered. The price per kWh is 0.25€. Optional: linen kit (sheets + towels) at €14 per person. Cleaning included in the price.
