- Entrance hall leading to fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, 4-burner gas hob).
- Separate WC, bathroom (washing machine).
- Living/dining room with dining area and relaxation area; TV, fireplace.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms.
- one bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200), 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200).
- Shower room with WC.

Private terrace (direct access from living room) with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue (adjoining the terrace of the owners' second Holiday cottage).
Common grounds for both Holiday cottages

Plus : Bed linen and towels provided (beds made on arrival), household linen and towels supplied. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Utilities included, Wifi Internet access.

Holiday cottage not suitable for PRM (sleeping accommodation upstairs).
