The house is composed as follows: first floor accessed by a few steps giving access to a first bedroom with bed 140x190cm and television. Separate WC. Bathroom with bath and shower. Living room with television and Wifi connection. Kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer.

First floor -> Two communicating bedrooms, each 1x140x190cm + 1x90x190cm, a bathroom with shower, WC. One bedroom with bed 140x190cm and a fifth bedroom with bed 140x190m + 1x90x190cm.

Outside, the courtyard is shared with the owners, but remains practical and functional, thanks in particular to the motorized gate. This Holiday cottage is perfect for a convivial stay, combining comfort, accessibility and practicality.

Rates include: utilities, bed linen and beds made on arrival, cleaning for private stays. Optional: 160€ cleaning charge for companies, 8€ for household linen, 8€ per person for bathroom linen, 25€ per pet per stay.
