In this completely renovated family home, now a 4-star Holiday cottage, enjoy a stay combining relaxation, nature, mountain activities and the good life. The accommodation can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for families or friends. Located in a sought-after area of the Vosges Massif, just a stone's throw from the center of Ventron, the Holiday cottage benefits from easy access, ample private parking and immediate proximity to the village's services: Ski and regional produce rentals, the Kos Lounge Bar, and Domaine Beaucerf, popular for walks and outdoor activities. In winter, the slopes of La Bresse-Hohneck, Schnepfenried and Bussang-Larcenaire are within easy reach. In summer, hiking and mountain bike trails are just minutes away: Grand Ventron, Rouge Gazon, Col d'Oderen, mountain lakes... The Holiday cottage offers two large south-facing wooden terraces, on the first floor and garden level, with unobstructed views of the Vosges countryside. They are equipped with a large table and armchairs for 14 people, a barbecue and a gas plancha: perfect for enjoying the mountain climate in all seasons. The warm, modern interior has been designed to give everyone their own living space. All rooms are equipped with a desk and high-speed fiber-optic Internet connection, ideal for teleworking in the peace and quiet of the Vosges. After a day on the ridges, at Lake des Corbeaux or at the Theater du Peuple in Bussang, unwind in the Wellbeing room with sauna, a truly relaxing interlude. The accommodation, with a living area of 200 m² and a Sauna, is composed as follows:

First floor:

Spacious 40 m² living room including:
A sitting area with a large, comfortable sofa and large-screen TV (TNT+ satellite)
Wood-burning stove
A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer+14 place setting dishwasher, classic oven + microwave + large electric hobs, + numerous small appliances (12-cup coffeemaker, Senseo coffeemaker, classic Nespresso coffee machine, large raclette machine, waffle maker, crepe maker, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, mixer, etc.).
- 35m² terrace
- One bedroom: adapted for PRMs, with a 160x200 bed, a desk with Fiber Internet connection, a storage closet with hanging space and shelves.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, storage space, heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet, also adapted for PRM.
- Separate toilet with hand-washer.

1st Floor :

Three bedrooms: equipped with a 2x80x200 bed, separable, a storage cupboard with closet and shelves, a desk with Fiber internet connection, each also with an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer, WC.
One bedroom has a bathroom with bath and shower.
-A lounge area (or adults' area) with: sofa, connected TV, DVD player, books, board games.
Separate toilet with hand-washer.

2nd floor:

A duplex dormitory with a Chalet-style lounge: equipped with 6 beds (90/190cm), power sockets and individual reading lights.

Garden level basement:

- Wellbeing area with : Sauna and shower
- A laundry room equipped with a 10kg washing machine, a 10kg dryer, a dryer with pegs, a water point with tub, an ironing board and iron.
- A garage for storing and preparing skis, bikes and motorcycles.
- 72m² terrace on garden level.
- Garden (approx. 1500m²) with swing and climbing equipment

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
