Fully renovated apartment on the second floor of a detached house (ground floor unoccupied), comprising:
First floor: entrance, checkroom.
1st floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (fridge, freezer, filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle, scales, food processor, blender, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher).
Living room with magnificent view of Lake Gérardmer. A balcony lets you enjoy the view even more.
Separate WC. Bathroom with double shower, 2 basins, towel dryer and hairdryer. A first bedroom with a 160x200cm bed.
2nd floor: separate WC, shower room, 3 bedrooms each with two 90x190cm beds.

Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty.

Pets are not allowed.

Rates include : Bed linen, towels and household linen for the stay, heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption: you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on the spot to the hosts).
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 120 € (without the package, the apartment must be returned in the state in which you found it).

Outside: Secure ski/bike room, Terrace ideal for BBC. Garden with ping pong table. Private parking (up to 4 vehicles)
