Upstairs, a mezzanine and 2 bedrooms:
- Mezzanine: sofa bed 140X200 and 1 TV for programs and games.
- 1st bedroom: 1 bed 90X190 + 1 bed 160X200
- 2nd bedroom: 1 bed 90X190 + 1 bed 160X200
Bathroom: 1 washbasin, shower and WC.

Relax outside in the private landscaped garden or on the terrace and have fun with the table soccer!

The price quoted includes a heating charge of
- 45kw/h per day from Nov to March
- 35kw/h per day for April-May-Sept and Oct
- 20kw/h per day for June-July and August
A meter reading must be taken on entry and exit, and consumption outside the package will then be billed at the actual kwh rate corresponding to the current EDF rate. This ensures clear and accurate billing, while encouraging tenants to respect the need to save energy.
This does not in any way dispense with the obligation to return clean accommodation.
In principle, pets are not allowed.
