Chalet Les Champis is organized on several levels to provide comfortable, well-spaced living spaces, ideal for getting together while preserving everyone's privacy. On the first floor, you'll find a bedroom equipped with two 90x190 beds, as well as a sleeping area with Bunk beds (90x190) opening onto a relaxation area including a shower and a Sauna, perfect for relaxing moments after a day outdoors. A second bedroom with a 160x200 double bed completes this level. A bathroom with washbasin and walk-in shower is available, as well as a separate toilet. A laundry room with washing machine completes the facilities. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed is located close to a shower room with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail, as well as a separate toilet. The warm and friendly living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher). The living room features a relaxation area with sofas, TV and a wood-burning fireplace (wood supplied). On the top floor, an area dedicated to Kids or teenagers accommodates four single beds 90x190. Outside, you'll enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills. An unfenced garden and private parking complete the picture.
