Chalet Le Panoramic

Our Chalet was built in Finland in 1985 and has been completely restored in recent years. We used old wood and salvaged materials for our creations. Its location offers exceptional views over the village of Xonrupt-Longemer and the Lake Valley. The Hohneck and the high stubble fields are visible from the balcony terrace. The GR533 hiking trail passes in front of the Chalet.

Chalet with garden, comprising on the ground floor :

- A living room with : A fully-equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, fridge-freezer. Dishwasher. Microwave oven. Filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Kitchen utensils. Dining area for up to 8 people. Lounge area with corner sofa. TV. WIFI
- One bedroom equipped with a 140/190 bed.
- Two independent sleeping areas, each equipped with a 90/190 bed.
- Bathroom with bath, hairdryer. Washbasin. WC.
- A balcony with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking the valley:
- Lounge area with TV and sofa.
- Bedroom with two 80/190 beds.
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140/190).
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. WC.
- A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Entrance hall with storage space for sports equipment. (Bikes, Ski..)

Some charges are not included.
Optional: Beds made on arrival, towels. 15€ per person
Possibility of booking through Gîtes de France®.

Optional cleaning: Not included in the price: 70€. To be paid on site.
If our tenants do not take the cleaning option, if the chalet has not been cleaned properly, it will be deducted from the deposit.

A large box of wood for the wood-burning stove is provided free of charge.
