Situated at an altitude of 572 meters, in a peaceful setting close to the center of Fraize, this Detached house can accommodate from 1 to 9 people for a stay combining relaxation, comfort and discovery of the Vosges. Situated next to the owners' house, yet retaining its independence, it benefits from a convenient Location, just 400 meters from the village and its shops and services. Fraize is a dynamic village, appreciated for its weekly Friday morning Market, its local shops and its natural surroundings. The tourist office, located around 1 km away, has charging stations for electric vehicles, an added bonus for travelers. The house stands out for its Wellbeing and leisure facilities. A relaxation area with a Spa and Sauna invites you to unwind after a day's Hiking or Skiing, while a table soccer table enables you to share convivial moments with family and friends, whatever the season. Its location is ideal for exploring the major tourist attractions of the Vosges mountains. Gérardmer and its Lake are just 20 minutes away, as are Xonrupt-Longemer and Grand Valtin, renowned for their scenery and Hiking trails. Lake Blanc and its resort, popular for its skiing, snowshoeing and panoramic views, can be reached in around 30 minutes, as can La Bresse and its ski areas. Alsace is also within easy driving distance. Kaysersberg, Colmar and the Alsace Wine Route can be reached in less than an hour, offering great cultural and gastronomic escapades. In winter, Alsace's Christmas Markets are the perfect complement to the region's tourist attractions. The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A relaxation room equipped with: a Sauna (2 benches), table soccer, table tennis.
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, and an adjoining bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
- A bathroom with raised shower cubicle, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- A refrigerator in the hallway.

Raised first floor (a few steps):
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: dishwasher, oven, 3 gas rings and 1 electric hob, fridge-freezer, raclette and fondue machines.
- A convivial living room with: large corner sofa, open fireplace, 120 cm flat-screen TV, hi-fi system. Direct access to the balcony, located on a sunny hillside.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) and closet.
- A bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, hairdryer and towel radiator.
- Separate WC with window.

First floor:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, TV and two armchairs.
- A bedroom with three 90x190 cm beds.
-Separate WC.

- 5-person Spa, covered and enclosed on three sides.
