Chalet du Gehan

The chalet is ideally located at the crossroads of the valleys, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach. Activities : Cornimont and La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, are 4-season tourist resorts. So, whatever the season, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits: In winter - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas, including La Bresse-Hohneck (15 minutes away by car), the largest in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of trails for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, skating rink. In summer - Over 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer tobogganing, trial... - Visits: confectionery, clog-making, museum, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away). A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

In Cornimont, we offer you our gîte with mountain view, with a surface area of 100 m² on 1 floor and a maximum capacity of 8 holidaymakers.
It features a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 functional bedrooms, a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor, and a quiet, natural exterior. Just waiting for you!

First floor:
- Living/dining room with sofa bed, TV and pellet stove (pellets supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen
- Separate WC

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: bed (1400/190), wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, coat rack
- Bedroom 2: one bed (140/190), wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, coat rack
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90/190), chest of drawers, bedside table
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For your convenience you'll also find: barbecue, tumble dryer, iron with washing machine table, cot, high chair...

Outside :
-Private courtyard with parking for 3 vehicles and secure ski or bike shed
- An outdoor terrace on the first floor, with parasol and garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

Electricity is billed according to meter readings on arrival and departure. Heating is included in the price, as is the supply of pellet bags.
