The Holiday cottage enjoys a privileged Location close to many major tourist attractions: Gérardmer, the "Pearl of the Vosges" (15 min), with its lake, beaches, Casino and Ski resort. La Bresse-Hohneck (30 min), the largest ski area in northeastern France. Épinal (35 min), a city of art and history, famous for its imagery and Museums. The Ballons des Vosges regional nature park, ideal for Hiking, mountain biking and wildlife observation. Cultural and sporting activities nearby In summer and winter alike, the region offers a multitude of activities: Hiking, trail running and cycling from the Col de Bonnefontaine. Alpine skiing and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing in Gérardmer and La Bresse. Visits to farm inns, farmers' markets, local crafts (wood, textiles, etc.). Dining area. Games area with chess and a checkers. Television area / Laundry room with washing machine and dryer / Separate WC / Bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath.
First floor -> Landing gaming room with table soccer, wooden Kids' Cabin, office area for Telework / Sleeping area with 180x200 bed / Bathroom with bath, WC, towel dryer, hairdryer / Sleeping area with 140x190 + 90x190 bed / Bedroom with 140x190 bed / Sleeping area with 140x190 and 90x190 bed / Bedroom with 140x190 bed.
Outside -> A shaded dining area and a 3-hectare garden. The owner has laid out walking paths.
Accommodation has been set up in the old farm's sheepfold. Each cottage has its own private grounds, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature.
Pets -> only one pet allowed
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).

Mimi Séjour au refuge de Nicolas
L’emplacement est idyllique et permet une déconnections totale. Le gîte est magnifique et équipé pour y passer un agréable moment en famille.
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la neige au réveil et la nature nous a gâté avec un chevreuil sous nos fenêtres. Merci Nicolas de nous avoir permis de passer ce moment inoubliable pour mes 50 ans.

Thierry Idéal pour un séjour familial en pleine nature
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans ce chalet, à 9 adultes et un bébé de 15 mois.
Tout était parfaitement adapté pour accueillir un groupe, y compris avec un jeune enfant : l’équipement est complet et très confortable, on s’y sent immédiatement bien.Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir beaucoup de neige, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus magique. La vue panoramique depuis les grandes baies vitrées est tout simplement incroyable, surtout sous la neige : un véritable paysage de rêve, avec le sentiment d’être seuls au monde.
Malgré les conditions hivernales, aucun problème pour accéder ou circuler autour du chalet, la dameuse étant passée régulièrement.
Un lieu idéal pour se retrouver, se reposer et profiter pleinement de la montagne. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.- Cleanliness

Nicolas S. Havre de paix pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille au coin du feu
Super gîte conforme aux photos au calme sur les hauteurs du Tholy. Le propriétaire propose 2 gîtes dans des bâtiments séparés sur sa parcelle sans vis à vis. Chaleureux, confortable, décoré avec goût et originalité, c’est un havre de paix pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille au coin du feu et pour des parties de dames/échecs ou fléchettes. Plein de balades à proximité.

C’était un vrai plaisir d’accueillir philippe et ses amis. Un groupe formidable et très convivial. Ils seront toujours les bienvenus à la maison.
Pour les poêles, mon oubli, je venais d’en acheter des neuves mais j’ai oublié de les mettre. Nicolas
