The building comprises 2 interconnecting apartments (1 ground floor + 1 upper floor) with a total capacity of 10 people. The apartments can be rented together or separately (locked stairwell, individual access).
Upstairs: modern, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a cosy, bright living room. Wood-burning stove. Sofa. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bathroom with bathtub (+ shower enclosure). Toilets.
Ground floor: modern fitted kitchen, small living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with clawfoot tub + 1 shower room + 2 WCs.
2-car garage on ground floor (parking available for rentals taking at least the first floor).
