In winter, the free shuttle to Gérardmer's ski slopes is just a 10-minute walk away. In summer, Lake Gérardmer, its beaches and water sports activities are just 500 m from the Chalet. Practical and well-equipped A private parking space is available just outside the apartment entrance. You'll also find a ski locker and two rings for securing bicycles. - Independent kitchen equipped with: Raclette machine. Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 3 ceramic hobs, refrigerator and freezer compartment, blender, all-in-one.

- Living room with fireplace and cathedral ceiling. Living area with sofas, armchairs, wood-burning fireplace, connected TV, telephone available, Alexa. Access to balcony

- South-facing balcony overlooking the Lake and slopes, not overlooked. Table and chairs.

First floor:

- Mezzanine bed (1 pull-out bed with 2 80x200cm mattresses). Can be assembled to form a 160x200cm bed.

- Bedroom with two 90x190cm beds.

Exterior and equipment :

- Private Piscine located within the estate (not directly at the Chalet), accessible from June 15 to September 21, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., subject to any prefectoral restrictions linked in particular to drought periods.
- Two secure bike rings in front of the Chalet
- Ski locker
- Private parking space in front of apartment entrance

Electricity is included in the price.
Finally, if you have chosen the bed linen option, the beds will be made on arrival.
A linen option is also available. The price is 13€ per person and includes the supply and fitting of sheets, towels, bathroom mats and tea towels.
Optional end-of-stay cleaning: 55€.
