First-floor apartment adjoining the owner's residence. 25 m² living area with open-plan kitchen. Equipment: fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, bean-to-cup coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machines. Extendable table for up to 6 people. Lounge area with pull-out sofa (sleeps 2, 90x190 cm), TV and WiFi access.

2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed (convertible into 2 80x200 cm beds) and TV. Bathroom with large shower (120x90 cm), WC, washing-machine dryer. Outside: enclosed private courtyard with parking for up to 2 vehicles, free Public parking lot opposite the Holiday cottage. Garden furniture and barbecue available. Pets allowed. Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed and high chair). Heat pump heating - radiators, reversible air conditioning and pellet stove in living room.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
