On the first floor of the building, this apartment is on three levels.
The first floor includes a closed, integrated kitchen, an entrance hall with storage space, and a dining room with tables and chairs.
On the second floor (7 steps), we find a large, light-filled living room with bay windows, TV, sofas, coffee table and bookshelves. This level leads to a 5m² terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
On the top floor (7 steps), we arrive at a corridor leading to the bedrooms and sanitary areas, with a view of the floor below.
We have two bedrooms (the first with a 140x190 bed) and the second with two beds (90x190). There are also separate WCs and a small renovated shower room with walk-in shower.
As for utilities, water and electricity are included, and heating is NOT INCLUDED in summer or winter (gas heating, bill according to consumption to be paid to the owners).
An enclosed ski room is also available.
Linen included.
Pets allowed (€15 per pet per stay).

Flo Déçue par la location du linge, salle de bain non fermée par une porte, appt froid humide, propreté.
Appartement calme s’il n’y a pas de voisins au-dessus. Bien situé. Salle de bains très très petite par rapport à la superficie de l’appartement et fermée par un rideau.
Odeurs de tabac froid et humidité, logement froid et difficile à chauffer.
Propreté laisse à désirer.
Ne pas prendre la location de linge, serviettes de toilette usées et drap de 90 pour un lit de 140.- Cleanliness

Elisabeth Idéalement situé et confortable.
Emplacement idéal pour les départs en randonnée et proche du centre ville. Pas besoin de la voiture. Appartement qui reste frais malgré la météo estivale, parfait pendant la canicule. Logement bien équipé, literie confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Aurélie Appartement très bien situé
L'appartement est spacieux (à l'exception de la salle de bains) et bien agencé. Il est idéalement situé (à côté du lac et à proximité du centre ville). Madame Pierrel s'est montrée très avenante et et très accueillante.
