We'd be delighted to welcome you for two or more nights in our charming duplex apartment, ideally located: separated from the lake (200m away) by a playground that will delight the little ones, you'll enjoy all the advantages of being in the city center at the same time. Bakeries, supermarkets, cafés, kiosks, restaurants, banks, cinemas, water sports... you'll have it all within a 5-minute walk. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), this apartment is ideal for 4 people, or even 5 if you have a child under 3: the single bedroom has a double bed and two single beds, as well as a crib (with mattress).

4-person duplex apartment on the third floor of a quiet residence. Comprising: - Living room with sitting area: sofa, flat-screen TV. Opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen: 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hood, fridge and freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster. Bathroom with bath (....), washbasin and hairdryer. Washing machine. Iron and ironing board. Separate WC. - A duplex attic bedroom (low ceiling) with one 140/190 bed and two 90/190 beds. Storage and closet. The kitchen will enable you to prepare all your favorite dishes. It is equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, gas stove, percolator, raclette set, toaster, dishwasher, steam cooker, etc. You can relax in the small living room overlooking the garden and the hillside adorned with pretty little chalets. At the rear of the parking lot, where you'll have a designated Location, is the garden shared by all 9 apartments in the building. Feel free to grill a few kebabs in the sun. A small barbecue is available in the apartment. The attic bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin, as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron. You'll also find a hairdryer. In the building's entrance hall, there's a locked ski room where you can take your skis, ski boots and sledges up to the apartment. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, even on the (very small) balcony. You may light your cigarette only once in the street or in the garden, taking care not to leave any cigarette butts behind. Our four-legged friends are not allowed. Don't worry about cleaning - it's included in the price! See you soon!

Safety gates at the top and bottom prevent baby from using the spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine bedroom.
End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding kitchenette, dishes and trash). Utilities included.
Optional: Sheets (double bed :15€ and single bed 12€/bed) and towels (1 large towel + 1 small towel + 1 washcloth) : 5€/person.
