Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge and small freezer, 4 electric burners, dishwasher, toaster, filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, raclette and fondue maker, plancha). Comfortable living room with sofa bed (140x190cm) and TV with terrace access. One bedroom with king-size bed (180x200cm) and TV, and a sleeping area with bed (140x190cm). Bathroom with shower. Separate WC.
Exterior: Private garage, private terrace with garden furniture.
Electric heating, wood shutters. Electricity and heating charges included.
48 hours before your arrival, contact our correspondent Mr FRANÇOIS Claude from the company "Entretien Services Vallée des Lacs conciergerie", specifying the approximate time of your arrival, and he will welcome you on site (telephone numbers will be given to you by GDF when you make your reservation so that you can contact him). Arrival possible up to 7:30pm.

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés pour la vaisselle, nous en parlerons à la conciergerie. Avant vous l'appartement était loué. Meilleurs vœux.

Caroline Nous avons à notre disposition tout le rez-de-chaussée d un chalet. Un garage privé à disposition.
Logement propre et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Le lit en 180 cm est un plus Proche du lac : 10 min à pieds, par contre ça grimpe.
Nous avons pu profiter de la petite terrasse qui est très agréable. Le sas à l entrée est bien pratique également.
La cours de garage a permis à mon garçon de 5 ans de pouvoir faire du vélo en sécurité. Attention le véhicule pour ne pas être gênant doit être stationné dans le garage. La cours n est qu un dépose minute.- Cleanliness

.Robin Séjour d'une petite semaine , location au rez de chaussé de l'appartement , calme , propre , très bien situé à deux pas du lac , bon la côte un peut raide à remonter c'est vrai , intérieur du logement il y à tout ce qu'il faut , on si sent comme à la maison .ont à pu prendre le petit déj , le déjeuner , le diner tous les jours dehors , sur la terrasse qui est toujours ombragé , vue la chaleur c'était un gros plus .je recommande cette location .
