La Petite Maison dans la Prairie

Our gîte is ideally located in the commune of Oeting in Moselle, in a peaceful meadow just 5 minutes from the main roads (freeways just outside the village: 15 min from Saarbrücken (in Germany) - 30 min from Metz - 1 hour from Nancy and Strasbourg). We invite you to discover our warm, rustic gîte, perfect for holidaymakers who want to get away from it all and recharge their batteries in a peaceful, natural setting. We welcome you to a large, comfortable wooden house with 2 bedrooms and a large mezzanine that can accommodate 6 to 7 people. Built and furnished using traditional Finnish materials, everything has been designed to be practical, friendly, comfortable and, above all, to make you feel at home. Cycle paths are nearby, with bikes and electric bikes available for hire from the Forbach tourist office.

On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen: crockery, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, etc., a dining area, the living room, a shower room, separate WC and the Coquelicot bedroom, with a 2-person bed.

Upstairs: a relaxation area opening onto a balcony, and a large bedroom with two single beds on one side and a double bed on the other.

There's a large terrace on the first floor with garden furniture, a stone barbecue and deckchairs. The Chalet is surrounded by large unfenced grounds, with swing and fruit trees.
A garage (1 car) is at your disposal, with washing machine.

The main heating system is a wood-burning stove that heats the entire Holiday cottage. Wood is charged at €8/night. There are also 2 electric radiators on wheels, for use in the shower room. Pets allowed with a supplement of 10€/pet per night.
The Holiday cottage is non-smoking.
