Apartment located on the 1st floor of a house with a 2nd gîte on the ground floor. This 185m² gîte sleeps 8, with its own entrance and shared terrace. The gîte has just been completed (2023) and offers quality features. The fitted kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, food processor, large fridge-freezer and all the necessary cooking utensils: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric teapot, etc. The living room has a flat-screen TV and sofa. On this floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90x200cm), as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower (plus washing machine and dryer) and separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, you'll have access to a second shower room (with walk-in shower and WC), a fourth bedroom (2 beds 90x200cm) and a games room (with 2 massage chairs, pool table and table soccer).
Outside, you'll have access to a terrace shared with the ground-floor gîte. Price includes: electricity and heating charges (subject to reasonable consumption), bed linen and towels. Price does not include: end-of-stay cleaning. Possibility of parking 1 car on site, parking available 50m away. Pets on request.
