120m² single-storey gîte for up to 7 guests. Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room with direct access to terrace, one double bedroom (140/190cm bed) with cot, another bedroom with double bed and single bed (90/190cm), one blind room serving as library and sitting area with single bed. Bathroom with bath and Italian shower. Separate WC. Enclosed garden to rear of gîte with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and swing. Private parking in front of the gîte. Prices include: energy charges (fuel & electricity), bed linen and WIFI (fiber). Prices do not include: end-of-stay cleaning, pet supplement and 3rd double bedroom (140/190cm bed) with private bathroom available on request and charged at €120/stay. Towels are not provided. Working fireplace for wood-fire lovers.
