Rustic gîte 100 m². First floor: entrance hall, living room with sofas and TV, fitted kitchen, separate WC. Upstairs (period staircase with slightly narrow steps): one bedroom with double bed, two other bedrooms each with 2 single beds, shower room with WC. Wifi free of charge. Baby equipment available on request. Unenclosed garden, private terrace. Free parking in front of the gîte. Bed and table linen provided. Additional charges: end-of-stay cleaning 45€, heating in low season and bathroom linen. Deposit 250€. NON-SMOKING GITE. For longer business stays, the owner will clean the kitchen and bathrooms during your stay. The gîte adjoins a second Gîtes de France-approved gîte H57G019804.
