House located in a quiet village in the Saulnois region offering all the possibilities for a relaxing vacation in the countryside, with shops 3km away. Within a 30km radius, you can visit all the architectural beauties of Metz (Cathedral, Portes des Allemands, Christmas Market...etc.) and Nancy (Place Stanislas, Musée Lorrain,...etc.). You can also discover the Amnéville zoo and/or the Parc de Sainte Croix with your family.

A 90-square-meter house on a 5-are lot, fully renovated in 2023. It features a living area with a built-in kitchen, a closed-off but functional fireplace, a living room with a TV, as well as 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom upstairs. There is a restroom on each level. A locked garage for one car is available for your use. You can also park vehicles in the enclosed courtyard. The fenced-in garden is equipped with playground equipment (swing, slide, ping-pong table). The holiday cottage rate is all-inclusive provided heating usage is reasonable and moderate. Only one pet is allowed. Pets are allowed.
