Direct access to the pond via a dedicated pontoon allows you to fish, swim and enjoy a range of water sports. You'll find a calm and friendly atmosphere for a nature break with family or friends. An exceptional setting to discover on foot or by bike. On the first floor, you'll find an open, fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge, filter and pod coffee makers, kettle, toaster, etc.), a storeroom with dishwasher and washing machine, a large, pleasantly designed living room (sofa, TV) and a shower room (shower and toilet) renovated in 2025.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds, one with 1 double bed and one with 1 double bed, 1 baby bed (baby bed linen not supplied) and loggia overlooking the pond. The latter room is air-conditioned. This floor includes a separate toilet with washbasin.
Outside, enjoy the terrace (not enclosed) with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
Private parking in front of the Holiday cottage gates. 2 Holiday cottages on site. Bathroom linen, household linen and bed linen are provided. Utilities included if your consumption is reasonable.

All-inclusive price: bed linen, towels and table linen, heating if consumption is reasonable, end-of-stay cleaning.
