The "Le Petit 13" holiday cottage is located in the heart of Val de Bride, a quiet, traditional Lorraine village just 2 km from Dieuze—a city that offers a full range of shops and services (accessible on foot via a walking path). Ideally situated in the center of the Lorraine region, you can visit Metz (1-hour drive), Nancy (50 min), Strasbourg (1 hr 15 min), or Gérardmer (1 hr 30 min). The famous Château de Lunéville is 35 minutes away. Closer to home, the Pays du Saulnois is rich in lakes (the Mittersheim-Plage Nautical Base is 20 km away), offering a countryside getaway focused on outdoor recreation. Activities include mountain biking trails, hiking, Water sports, Fishing, and a community swimming pool. New for 2020: the SPIN Valley rail bike trail, just 1 km away. The Sainte Croix Wildlife Park is 20 km away, and Center Parcs Hattigny is 30 km away.

Come step inside this 115 m² Lorraine-style home spread over two levels. On the ground floor: Kitchen open to the dining room, living room with TV, bathroom (tub + shower), separate toilet, garage, and pantry. Upstairs, you’ll find a newly renovated bathroom and three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), one with two single beds (100 x 200 cm), and a third with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed. Outside, at the back of the holiday cottage, you’ll have access to a large 90 m² terrace (garden furniture, shade structures, barbecue, bread/pizza oven) opening onto a 100 m² enclosed garden. There is direct access from the garden to a public playground and the stadium. Private garage for one vehicle. Fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi included. The rate is all-inclusive (electricity, linens, bed linens and towels, end-of-stay housekeeping). Heating via a pellet boiler is included (maximum 30 kg per day; any excess will be billed at the daily rate) for all new reservations. Business stays: For your comfort, a maximum of 3 guests are allowed (1 per room). Pets are allowed (maximum of 2).
