The Petit 13 gîte is located in the heart of Val de Bride, a typical, quiet Lorraine village 2 km from Dieuze - a town with all shops and services (you can get there on foot via a footpath). Ideally located in the center of the Lorraine region, you can visit Metz (1h drive), Nancy (50 min), Strasbourg (1h15) or Gérardmer (1h30). The famous Château de Lunéville is 35 minutes away. More locally, the pond-rich Pays du Saulnois (Mittersheim-Plage water sports center 20 km away) is the perfect place for a country holiday focused on outdoor activities. On the program: mountain bike trails, hiking, water sports and fishing, inter-communal swimming pool. New for 2020: the SPIN valley velorail 1km away. Sainte Croix animal park 20km away and Center Parcs Hattigny 30km away.

115 m2 Lorraine house on 2 levels. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room, sitting room with TV, bathroom (bath + shower), separate WC, garage, storeroom. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), one with 2 single beds (100 x 200cm) and a 3rd with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed. Outside at the rear of the gîte: large 90m² terrace (garden furniture, shade, barbecue, bread/pizza oven) overlooking a 100m² enclosed garden. Direct access from garden to public playground and stadium. Private garage for 1 vehicle. Internet Fiber and WI-FI included. All-inclusive price.
