Le Penseur

Brettnach, a village in Lorraine, nestles at the foot of a hill. Surrounded by forests, the verdant, undulating landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling along the small roads. The village is within easy reach of Germany and Luxembourg, as well as Metz and Thionville. Set in the heart of a renovated Lorraine house, "Le Penseur" offers a blend of ancient and modern decor, creating a cocooning and cosy atmosphere, just like at home!

This 150m² first-floor gîte comprises a large living room opening onto the Gllum is cool dining room, which in turn opens onto the kitchen, as well as a toilet and laundry room. The fully-equipped kitchen has a bench seat ideal for enjoying an aperitif while looking out over the countryside. The living room features an unsecured designer staircase. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms are available: the first with a trundle bed (2 single beds), the second with 2 single beds and the last with 1 double bed and a dressing room. On this floor, you'll also find a bathroom with a jetted bathtub and a jetted shower. The accommodation is non-smoking. You'll also have access to an unheated swimming pool shared with the owners (open from June to the end of August or September, weather permitting) and a large shared garden (part of the terrace is reserved for you). The price is all-inclusive if energy consumption is reasonable. A parking space is available on the property.
Professional stays of 1 month or more: End-of-stay cleaning is included, but for your comfort and the regular upkeep of the gîte, an intermediate cleaning will be carried out and invoiced by the owners every 15 days.

Price includes: bed linen, towels, tea towels, cleaning, electricity and heating charges, use of swimming pool. The price does not include: everything is included if energy consumption is reasonable.
