150m² gîte (1st floor) on the edge of a private pond in a natural bubble. Designed for business trips, it can accommodate up to 3 colleagues in its 3 bedrooms. But it's also ideal for a family getaway (be careful with young children and the pond) or a get-together with friends.
Comfortably renovated by the owners, the gîte features a large living/dining room (pinball machine, TV, bar, fireplace) with equipped open kitchen. Night area: 3 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite shower rooms), bathroom with WC, separate WC, relaxation area with 2-person sofa bed, checkroom and laundry area. Enjoy an aperitif on the upstairs terrace overlooking the pond, or relax in the sun while waiting for your barbecue to be ready on the large waterside terrace.
