Equipped kitchen opening onto living room with TV. 3 spacious, bright bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom, each with a 160/200 cm double bed. Shower room with WC. At the rear of the building, accessible via the rear door of the communal corridor, private terrace (barbecue/plancha not permitted) and garden under development (shared with a second Holiday cottage on the first floor of the building, Gîtes de France® approved Reference H57G032391). Shared laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 electric dryers. Private parking (not enclosed) in front of the Holiday cottage. Price includes: bed linen, beds made on arrival, towels, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning, WIFI and energy charges if consumption is reasonable. 2-night weekend rental (Friday and Saturday) available on request.
