Ground floor: Bright living room with fully equipped kitchen opening onto living room. Sofa, flat-screen TV. One bedroom (double bed) with private shower room. Separate WC and laundry area. Access to garden (shared with 2 other gîtes) and private terrace. Upstairs, one bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190 cm) with private toilet/shower room. Bed linen provided (except for cot). Free WIFI. No smoking. Electricity and heating charged at €0.20/KW according to consumption - over 8 kWh free per day. Deposit of 400€ to be paid on arrival unless paid by credit card (bank imprint taken by the Reservations Department).
