120 m² Holiday cottage on one level in a contemporary Detached house overlooking the stock pond. Equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower room, laundry room and separate toilet. Large Wellbeing area with sauna and indoor pool heated to 28°C, with direct access to the wooden terrace equipped with a Spa. Private parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage. A private electric vehicle charging station will be installed shortly and should be operational by June 2025. Unenclosed plot. WIFI ACCESS.
