The gîte is located at the entrance to a quiet village, 2 minutes from the expressway to Metz. Metz is 10km away, and the exhibition center 5 minutes. Come and discover Metz's heritage, architecture and Christmas markets. The Moulin-Haut Holiday cottage is located in an old family forest house at the entrance to the village, close to the owner's house. It has been renovated but has retained its rustic, country feel. It is set in 1 ha of wooded grounds with a stream and garden, a charming, bucolic exterior and a south-facing terrace. The Holiday cottage has 3 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 160cm, two others with 1 single bed 120cm each), a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher,...), a lounge area with TV, and a shower room. Free WiFi available, parking on the property.
Price includes: bed linen, table linen, heating and water (if reasonable consumption of 1m3 per week. Billing possible beyond that.)
Price does not include: electricity charges (billed on departure according to consumption) and end-of-stay cleaning.
End-of-stay cleaning charge €65. Pets not allowed. Original waxed oak floors (slippers required). NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE.
For your convenience, 3 employees maximum and end-of-stay and intermediate cleaning by the owner.
