Our Holiday cottage, a fully renovated 1833 farmhouse dating from Lorraine, combines old-world charm with contemporary comfort. In the quiet hamlet of Tunting, it's ideally situated between nature, history and Vineyards. An ideal location for exploring the region. Just a few minutes away, you can visit the majestic Château de Malbrouck, a superbly restored 15th-century fortress offering exhibitions, entertainment and a breathtaking view over the valley. Also nearby, the charming village of Sierck-les-Bains and its Château des Ducs de Lorraine will plunge you into the heart of the Moselle region's medieval history and landscapes. A region of flavors: Wine lovers will appreciate the Route des Vins de Moselle, where passionate winemakers and authentic tastings await you. A tasty journey through hillsides, picturesque villages and local wine cellars. Nature escape: Less than 30 minutes away, cross the border and discover Luxembourg's Little Switzerland (Mullerthal region), a natural gem of sculpted rocks, deep forests and spectacular Hiking trails. An exceptional heritage: for history buffs, a visit to the Hackenberg Maginot Line, one of France's largest fortifications, is a must. Explore its galleries and Museums and relive a fascinating part of the XXᵉ century. Set course for Metz, a city not to be missed: A little further afield, but easily accessible from the Holiday cottage, Metz is absolutely worth a visit. Stroll through its historic center with its medieval alleyways, admire the sumptuous Saint-Étienne Cathedral, one of the most beautiful in Europe with its stained glass windows signed by Chagall, and enjoy the warm atmosphere of Place Saint-Louis. Don't miss the Centre Pompidou-Metz, famous for its modern and contemporary art exhibitions.

130 m² Holiday cottage on 2 levels, comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 travelers (please contact us for more, but up to 11 travelers possible under certain conditions). First floor: Living/dining room, fitted kitchen, bedroom with single bed (90/190 cm), bathroom with WC. Upstairs: One bedroom with 2 single beds (90/190 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140/190 cm) and 2 single Bunk beds (90/190 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (single base with 2 mattresses 90/190 cm) and 2 single Bunk beds (90/190 cm), bathroom with washing machine, separate WC and library area.
The Holiday cottage has 2 small terraces accessible directly from either side of the gîte, and an unfenced green space with garden furniture and barbecue just a few meters from the gîte. Public parking lot in the street. Free fiber-optic WIFI. Price includes: bed linen, towels, table linen and energy charges (electricity) if consumption is reasonable. The price does not include: cleaning at the end of your stay and extra people over 6 - each charged at €50/person/stay. Non-smoking accommodation. For your business stays and your comfort, 6 colleagues maximum authorized.
