120m² gîte in quiet village setting. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove + oven with dining area. Living room with sofas and TV. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds), reading area. Large enclosed garden, terrace. Private parking spaces in front of the gîte.
