In the attic of a former outbuilding of the original 18th-century property, the 150m² Port Espérance Holiday cottage has been entirely renovated in the same spirit as the other Coq à l'Âne accommodations: natural materials (parquet flooring, Hainaut stone), modern comfort (underfloor heating), tonic decoration personalized by the owner's creations.
The Holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (7th and 8th person at a supplement of 120€/person/stay). 1st floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a large 57m² living room, shower room with WC. 2nd level: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have private shower rooms and WCs. One double bedroom and two bedrooms for up to 3 people each (the two 180/200cm double beds can be combined as single beds to suit your needs). Mezzanine with desk and relaxation area. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included, including end-of-stay cleaning. Please note: For professional contracts, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price of stays over 21 days and under 28 days. Deposit 500€. Garage for one vehicle. NON SMOKING Holiday cottage: For comfortable business stays, the Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 5 employees.

Un accueil des plus chaleureux pour un gîte très spacieux et possédant de très nombreuses oeuvres d'art à découvrir dans chaque pièce.

Gîte magnifique et très confortable. Accueil et accompagnement bienveillants et chaleureux. Nous vous conseillons l’atelier sculpture avec Pascal, artiste confirmé et à l’écoute. Séjour paradisiaque que l’on recommande les yeux fermés.
