A cozy little gîte has taken its place in the former bakery and henhouse of this magical 18th-century residence, where the former stable is already home to another gîte rural (H57G001341) and the owners' dwelling offering 4 cosy chambres d'hôtes (H57H007336). Combining the authenticity of lime coatings, water stones, bread ovens and period floor tiles with modern comforts to provide a real change of scenery. Gîte located north of Metz, 15 minutes from Amnéville Les Thermes, famous for its leisure activities (zoo, thermal baths, casino, cinema, auditorium, snowhall, ice rink, etc.). Metz and its rich historical heritage are 20 minutes from Flévy.

45 m² Holiday cottage, ideal for a single couple or with 1 Kids (BZ on first floor). First floor: living room with flat-screen TV, kitchen. Mezzanine bed: bedroom (double bed) with direct access to shower room with WC. Outside facilities: courtyard and unfenced garden, two private terraces on either side of the gîte, private parking space on the property. The rental price includes: energy charges, bed linen, towels, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning and WIFI. Please note: For professional contracts, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price of stays over 21 days and under 28 days. This atypical accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Deposit 250€. NON SMOKING HOLIDAY Cottages: For business stays of more than 21 days and less than 28 days, a cleaning charge of 45€ will be added to the rental price.

Gillian Charming gite in lovely surroundings
A very unique gite with many of the owners artwork within and outside in the garden areas. Lovely friendly welcome from the owners. Plenty of parking areas in the courtyard. The gite is well equipped with everything you would need. The bed is accessed by a quite steep staircase so anyone with mobility issues would have difficulty. There is a couple of outdoor seating areas and the area is very peaceful. This was our first time visiting this area and enjoyed traveling into Luxembourg and Germany whilst we were staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

ESTELLE Une bonne adresse
Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans cette charmante petite maison atypique. Le seul point a changer est la douche :elle n'est pas très agréable. Le reste était top ! Merci pour les gentilles attentions des propriétaires.

vous remercient de ce retour et notamment de votre suggestion concernant la douche. Une intervention est prévue de longue date sur cet espace, mais reste hélas suspendue au calendrier surchargé de notre prestataire.

Espace au calme, Extérieur très agréable avec transat pour bains de soleil en toute discrétion, seul petit bémol : le manque de rangement (commode ou autre à l'étage) , sinon, que du positif pour cet ensemble.
