Plus a small extra bedroom with separate toilet for 1 person. Free WIFI. Fixed-line telephone available for emergencies and for making/receiving calls to and from mainland France (the commune is in a white zone for cell phones). Outdoor space with private terrace. Easy parking in front of the accommodation. Beds made on arrival and table linen included in the price. Additional charges: bathroom linen (6€/person) and end-of-stay cleaning (60€). Utilities included from 01/10 to 31/05. For the rest of the year: extra charges are billed for more than 10 kWh per day - according to consumption (meter readings taken). The heating system is automated. It is strictly forbidden to touch the radiator knobs, on pain of termination of the contract. 19°C will be maintained throughout the house during the cold season, as recommended by the Government. For your comfort, during your long business stays: intermediate cleaning every 15 days (€40) and bed linen change (€8/single bed - €10/double bed).
