Single-storey gîte on the 1st floor of the owners' apartment (accessed via an 11-step outside staircase). Shared entrance to the building, but lockable private entrance for the gîte. Kitchen opening onto living room opening onto private terrace. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200cm). Study room with sofa bed that can be used as a 3rd bedroom for one person. Bathroom with large Italian shower, double washbasin, WC. Private parking. Internet access. Bed linen and towels provided. Heating & electricity included. End-of-stay cleaning 50€.
