Air-conditioned 87m² house with enclosed garden. Ground floor: entrance hall and laundry room. First floor: living room with connected smart TV, retrogaming home cinema, DVD player, opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. This living room opens onto a terrace with dining table and barbecue. A few steps away are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be converted into a double bed. There's also a functional shower room and separate toilet.
