This historic 18th-century house, recently restored, combines the charm of the past with modern comforts, providing the ideal setting for family reunions or stays with friends. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a warm entrance where stone and wood add authenticity. The softly tinted living room is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, while the gaming room and office with Wi-Fi access offer dedicated spaces for Kids and professionals alike. The centerpiece of the house is undoubtedly the large, bright and spacious living room, with its exposed beams and atypical wood-burning stove. This space invites conviviality around the zinc bar and the large table that can seat up to 12 guests. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare gourmet meals. Upstairs, the four tastefully-decorated bedrooms transport you to different worlds. With three bathrooms and several toilets, comfort is assured for all guests. Last but not least, the surrounding area is ideal for Hiking in the Forest, strolling along the banks of the Meuse or discovering historical sites, making this Holiday cottage an ideal place to stay for nature and history lovers.

Second floor: 3 spacious bedrooms with 90x200 beds (can be twinned), one with private shower room and WC. One bedroom with a 90x190 bed and a 90x190 bunk bed, with private shower room and toilet. Separate shower room and WC.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
