To ensure a pleasant, peaceful and respectful stay for all, please read and strictly adhere to the following rules.

----Calm, respect and environment
-Lachalade is a quiet rural village in the heart of nature.
-Respect for neighbors, silence and the environment is paramount.
-Night rest is mandatory between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
-No excessive noise is allowed: music, shouting, gatherings or disturbing behavior.
-All nocturnal noise pollution is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate intervention.
---- Parties, alcohol, drugs and inappropriate behavior
-Parties, student nights, festive events, bachelor/bachelorette parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
-Excessive consumption of alcohol, alcoholic beverages or use of drugs is strictly forbidden.
-Any dangerous, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior (inside or outside the Holiday cottage) will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
----Group conditions
-The Holiday cottage does not welcome groups of young people.
-Groups of people under the age of 21 are not permitted.
-Identification may be required on arrival.
----Fireworks and safety
-The use of fireworks, firecrackers, explosives or any other audible device is prohibited, both on the property and in the surrounding area.
-Please respect the safety of people, animals and nature.
----Parking and vehicles
-The parking lot is reserved for the quiet parking of vehicles.
-Any sudden acceleration, skidding, rodeo or racing of vehicles is strictly forbidden.
-Any damage caused to the parking lot or surrounding area will be billed to the tenant.
----Sanctions
-In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the owner reserves the right to:
-immediately terminate the stay
-retain the full amount paid
-incur additional charges in the event of any damage or disturbance observed.

Calm & respect

Lachalade is a village where silence and nature are essential.

Night rest is mandatory between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am: no noise, music or disturbing behavior.

Noise pollution at night is not tolerated in the area.

Alcohol, drugs & behavior

Excessive alcohol consumption, noisy parties and drug use are strictly forbidden.

In the event of non-compliance or inappropriate behavior, the stay may be immediately terminated without refund.

Fireworks & safety

Fireworks, firecrackers and other loud explosions are forbidden, both on the property and in the surrounding area.

Please respect nature, calm and the safety of people and animals.

Parking & vehicles

The parking lot is reserved for quiet parking.

Sudden acceleration, skidding or "car racing" are prohibited.

Any damage to the new parking lot will be charged to the tenant.
