Welcome to the Le Duplex du Prince apartment, located in a small, authentic old stone building that has been tastefully renovated to create a warm, cosy atmosphere. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in comfortable, bright surroundings. The natural materials and soft ambience give the place a relaxing atmosphere, ideal after a day's exploring. Second floor: large, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) with large dining table, living room with connected TV, WC, laundry area with washing machine. Upstairs, a mezzanine with office and games area, 3 spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, with 160x200 beds. A shower room with WC. Parking: the nearest car park is Place de la Libération (fee payable weekdays, daytime). Free parking is available in and around Place Monseigneur Ginisty (2-minute walk). Cycling: for our cycling friends, a bike rack is available in the building's secure courtyard.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
