La Maison des Brodeuses

In the very north of Lorraine, close to Belgium and the Ardennes, on the edge of the Woëvre forest, a spacious, bright new gîte has just been opened in the agricultural part of a Lorraine farm dating back to the early 17th century. On the edge of the Meuse valley, a Natura 2000 site with several rare species, the most emblematic of which is the Corncrake. For beer lovers, there's a museum in Stenay, 3 km away, and a microbrewery. Orval Abbey and its famous beer. Follow in the footsteps of history in Verdun, 40 km away, and all the surrounding sites. Further afield: Luxembourg, Nancy, Metz and Reims less than 2 hours away.
