La Grange Emile

Located in Combles en Barrois, the Grange Emile gîte welcomes you for a comfortable stay in the Meuse countryside. This former barn has been tastefully and modernly renovated, and is adjacent to the owner's house. You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: fully-equipped kitchen, spa and sauna (optional extra, to be booked on site with the owner, subject to availability, €30 per session, then degressive), terrace. On-site bakery and restaurant. Just 5 minutes from Bar-le-Duc, 15 minutes from Saint-Dizier, 1 hour from Verdun, 1 hour 15 from Reims and Nancy, the gîte is ideally located for visiting the Lorraine and Champagne-Ardenne regions and taking advantage of numerous activities such as hiking, discovering historical and architectural sites, while enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Ground floor: entrance opening onto terrace and access to wellness area (sauna and spa). Second floor: open-plan living area with bright, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. A first bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a child's bed. A second bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). A shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. 20kwh/d free (billing beyond 0.20cts/kwh).

This price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, heating and electricity with a reasonable consumption - if the heating of the Holiday cottage is electric you have 20 Kwh per day, the excess will be paid on the spot to the host (0.20cts/kwh).
