Ground-floor apartment with shared courtyard: living room, dining area, opening onto fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment), shower room with WC, washing machine/dryer, spacious bedroom with 160x200 double bed, workspace, wifi. All-inclusive rate.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid to the hosts on site).
Parking: the nearest parking lot is Place de la Libération (daytime parking is charged during the week). Free parking is available in and around Place Monseigneur Ginisty (2-minute walk).
Bicycles: for our cycling friends, a bike rack is available in the building's secure courtyard.
